Leaf 135 is taken from that older source written in 7193 (i.e. 1685) and contains the instructions for entering and maintaining such lists. Colophon on leaves Ia-Ib contains information about the copying of the manuscript from that source "at the time of Abbot Macarius in 1767". List of contents is on leaf IIa. The manuscript consists of two parts. Part I (leaves III-42) includes: leaf IIIa-IIIb, list of Serbian rulers; leaf IVa, holy Serbian despots; leaf IVb, Serbian archbishops and on leaf 1a, list of the Moscovite emperors; leaf 2b, Serbian archbishops; leaf 9a, holy monks of Hilandar; leaf 29a, monks of Hilandar.
